We May Change What We Offer; Products Are Not Always Available.
We may change or terminate any of the services, programs, promotions, and/or other offers, deals, coupons, and/or specials (collectively, "Offerings") described or offered through any of the Sites at any time without notice to you. Not all products are available at all of our facilities or at all times or at the same price.
We May Contact you.
We may contact either through call or text during order fulfillment process to ask for replacement brands/ items just in case we are out of stock of any item that you ordered or any delays in fulfillment. Kindly make every effort to answer our calls/texts.
We may adjust your Final Total Amount
Your total at the checkout is an estimate only. The actual amount that you will be charged for the order will be based on the prices, offers etc at the time that the order is sourced and processed, except for service and delivery fees, which will be set and included when the order is placed or modified. The Final Total cannot be determined until the day and time the order is sourced and processed for multiple reasons, including without limitation:
the availability of the Products selected and the need to substitute different priced Products cannot be confirmed until the day and time that they are prepared for delivery/pickup,
Product weights and prices, as well as available promotions, may vary between the date you submit the order and the date and time that the order is prepared for delivery/pickup.
We May Change Pickup Time
We will make every effort to fulfill your order for pickup/delivery at the earliest or as promised during the checkout process. The order fulfillment is highly dependent on many factors like number of orders, Employee availability, Product availability etc. So we may change Pickup/Delivery time under any circumstances which may arise due to any delays that are under or beyond our control.
Failure to Pickup
Customer should make every effort to pick up your order on time and should notify us incase of any delays. So we can store the perishable items like vegetables and meat under proper environments. Any delay on customer’s part which may cause the spoilage of perishable items would not be refunded or replaced.
Our Rights to Modify Sites and Correct Errors, Deficiencies, Inaccuracies and Omissions.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or any part of the Sites—including any or all of the Content on the Sites (including without limitation, all descriptions, images, references, features, specifications, information, data, products, offers, and prices/availability of products described or depicted on the Sites, or any services offered through the Sites)—at any time without notice to you. We Accept Major Credit and Debit Cards.
You must select one of the payment methods identified in the Online Grocery Ordering Service and provide accurate and complete information in order for us to charge your payment method for orders you place. By providing payment card information, you consent to and authorize storage of your card data (Name, Credit Card number, Expiration Date) for purposes of future online transactions, all transactions made via the Sites and the Company charging your selected payment method in the amount of each such transaction. Order processing will not occur until authorized. You represent and warrant to Company that your use of your selected payment method is authorized and legal. It is your responsibility to promptly notify your bank, financial institution or other responsible party of any changes to your billing information, or the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your payment method.
Rewards program offer is only valid for In-store purchases and is excluded for any online purchases.
Incorrect Product/Wrong Item
If for any reason an incorrect product or a wrong item was delivered, please contact us at the earliest for a replacement or a credit.
Return & Cancellation Policy
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT THIS MOMENT.
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send us an email immediately to Orders@HelloIndia.us If your order has already been processed by the time you informed us unfortunately, you will not be able to change it.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Days from the date of request for cancellation. We appreciate your patience and Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note delays in processing of such refunds are subject to issuer banks and processors like VISA, Discover, etc.
Usual time frame for refunds to show up on the card statements is 3-5 business days from the Date of refund processed. If for some reason you don’t see the refund please send us and email us immediately at Orders@HelloIndia.us and we will investigate the reason for delay.
Customer has to verify the Items ordered while picking from the curbside. We will not be able to entertain any Refunds/Exchange/Cancellation after leaving the premises.
